Agreement to Terms
By placing an order on thehelmcare.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). HELM reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
Payment is processed at the time of order placement. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize HELM to charge the applicable amount.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order and does not constitute final acceptance. HELM reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or other operational issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax may be applied to your order depending on your delivery address and applicable state and local tax laws. The applicable tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted. HELM reserves the right to cancel orders where discount codes have been used fraudulently or in violation of promotional terms.
Product Use & Cosmetic Disclaimer
HELM Post-Shave Repair Balm is a cosmetic product intended for external use only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary between individuals. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
Do not use on broken, wounded, or infected skin. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HELM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
